Pamjoy — Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of pamjoy.in (the “Site”), operated by Karv Devices, and any purchases made through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

2. Eligibility

The Site is for users aged 18 and above; minors may use it only under a parent or guardian's supervision. We may cancel orders or restrict access where this is not met.

3. Products & Pricing

Pamjoy sells hygiene-focused personal care products. Listings do not guarantee stock availability. All prices are in INR, inclusive of applicable taxes, and may change — the price charged is always the one shown when your order is confirmed.

4. Orders, Accounts & Payment

An order is confirmed only once payment is processed and a confirmation email is sent; please verify your details before submitting, as we are not liable for errors in information you provide. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under it; we may suspend accounts suspected of misuse. Payments are processed securely via Shopify — we never store your financial credentials.

5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Orders are dispatched within two business days; delivery timelines depend on location and courier, and transit delays are outside our control once handed to the logistics partner. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Warranty, Liability & Force Majeure

Products are intended for their stated personal-use purpose only; this does not affect any statutory consumer right you have under Indian law. Karv Devices is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded. We are also not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or logistics failures.

7. Intellectual Property & Privacy

All content on the Site — text, images, logos, and layout — belongs to Karv Devices and may not be reproduced without written consent. Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, in line with India's DPDP Act, 2023.

8. Disputes & Governing Law

Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved within 30 days, they will go to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Thrissur, Kerala, before a mutually appointed sole arbitrator. These Terms are governed by Indian law, with courts in Thrissur, Kerala holding exclusive jurisdiction over any unresolved matters.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time; changes take effect once published here, and continued use of the Site means you accept the update.
