PamJoy — Return & Refund Policy
Effective: June 2026
We stand behind every PamJoy product. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, only for:
• Manufacturing defects
• Transit damage
• Wrong product shipped by us
To qualify, the product must be unused and in its original sealed packaging. Change-of-mind, comfort preference, or subjective dissatisfaction are not accepted as grounds for return.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
• Opened or used hygiene products
• Final sale or clearance items
• Requests made after the 7-day window
• Products where more than 10% of the contents have been used
3. How to Request a Return
Email us at commercial@karv.co within the eligible window with:
• Your order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos of: outer packaging, product packaging, batch number, and the defect
We respond within 2 business days. Claims without supporting photos may not be processed.
4. Damaged, Wrong, or Faulty Products
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Where the issue is on our end — including a defect, wrong item, or transit damage — we will:
• Cover all return shipping costs
• Arrange a free replacement (dispatched within 7 business days of approval), or
• Issue a full refund to your original payment method — your choice
Exchanges or size swaps are also available where the error is on PamJoy’s side.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. You’ll be notified by email once processed.
Please contact us before raising a payment dispute or chargeback. Disputes filed without prior communication may be contested using delivery and order records.
6. Policy Updates
PamJoy may revise this policy at any time. The updated version will take effect from the date it is published on our website. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
