Order Processing
• Your order will be processed within 1 to 2 working days after payment is confirmed.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the following working day.

Shipping Charges
• Orders worth Rs.
499 and above: Free shipping
• Orders below Rs.
499: A flat shipping fee applies, which will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor its progress until it reaches your doorstep.
Failed or Undeliverable Orders
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, the recipient not being available, refusal to accept the package, or no response to courier communication, the package will be returned to us.
In such cases, shipping charges are not refundable.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before placing your order to avoid any delays.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at commercial@karv.co within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the damage.
We will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Sometimes, delivery timelines may be affected by factors outside our control, such as severe weather, strikes, transportation issues, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or natural disasters.
We appreciate your understanding in such situations and will keep you informed as much as possible.
